Terms of Use

1. Who these terms are for

The FashionWealth Client Hub is a private portal for FashionWealth clients. Accounts are issued individually and approved by FashionWealth. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

2. Applying for an account

Submitting an application does not create an account. FashionWealth reviews each application and may approve it, decline it, or ask for more information, at its discretion. Approved accounts are assigned to one program: Scale System, Mentorship, or Brand Management. Your program determines which parts of the Hub you can use.

3. Your account

Keep your password confidential and tell us immediately if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your login. Do not attempt to access data belonging to another client or to areas your program does not include.

4. The leaderboard and your revenue

The Hub runs a monthly revenue competition. If you connect a Shopify store, FashionWealth reads your order data to calculate verified monthly revenue for that competition. Your brand name, program, and verified monthly revenue figure are visible to other approved clients on the leaderboard. Your legal name, email address and store credentials are never shown. You may ask FashionWealth to hide you from the leaderboard at any time.

Revenue figures are calculated by FashionWealth and cannot be edited by clients. The highest verified eligible revenue for a completed month is eligible for a $50 bonus, which is confirmed manually by FashionWealth. Bonuses are discretionary and are not paid automatically.

5. Community conduct

The Home Hub and the 1-on-1 Students Lounge are shared spaces. Do not post abusive, harassing, discriminatory, unlawful or misleading content, other people's private information, or unsolicited promotion. FashionWealth may remove messages, mute an account temporarily, or suspend access.

6. Training content

Training videos, transcripts and materials in the Hub are FashionWealth's intellectual property, licensed to you for your own use for as long as your account is active. Do not record, download, redistribute or republish them.

7. No guarantee of results

Coaching, training and mentor feedback are educational. FashionWealth does not guarantee any particular revenue, growth or business outcome, and nothing in the Hub is financial, legal or tax advice.

8. Suspension and ending your account

FashionWealth may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or non-payment of program fees. You can request account closure at any time. Accounts are archived rather than deleted so that history can be restored if closure was a mistake; see the Privacy Policy for how long data is kept.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Hub. Continuing to use the Hub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
